Job summary

Specifically, this part of the business drivesthis mission by delivering pre-launch services to ensure products are ready tolaunch for the best end user experience.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of the AI revolution, orchestratingcritical pre-launch testing programs ranging from Dogfood to trusted testersthat directly shape the future of Gemini.

You will act as the key connector between our users and product team, advocatingthe user voice to influence product direction. By collaborating deeply withProduct Management, Engineering, and UXR, you will transform complex testerfeedback into high-impact, actionable insights, ensuring our flagship AIproducts deliver a safe, high-quality, and trusted experience before reachingmillions of users worldwide.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills,experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $114000 - $163000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, execute, and manage pre-launch testing programs (Trusted Testers, Dogfood) for the Gemini App. Define program scope, goals, and success metrics.
• Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, TPM, and UXR teams to align testing initiatives with the product roadmap and launch goals.
• Develop and implement scalable mechanisms for collecting, triaging, and synthesizing user feedback and bug reports. Translate raw feedback into actionable product recommendations.
• Drive issue resolution by working with engineering teams to prioritize and fix bugs discovered during pre-launch testing.
• Establish best practices for pre-launch testing and contribute to the continuous improvement of user insights programs at Google.
