Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or related field; 8+ years in pharma/biotech with 5+ years of product/brand marketing incl. oncology.
• Hands-on experience transforming strategy into marketing execution with independence.
• Knowledge of pre-approval compliance and Medical/Legal/Regulatory review processes.
• Ability to read and communicate clinical trial data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of disease-state messaging for multiple myeloma, translating data into compliant narratives.
• Run message testing with hematologist-oncologists and other customers; refine as data matures.
• Build and maintain core messaging platform for consistent use across venues.
