Qualifications

• MD, PharmD or advanced scientific or clinical degree with 15+ years in medical affairs or related fields.
• Experience building medical affairs capabilities in clinical-stage or pre-commercial or commercial-stage organizations.
• Deep understanding of medical affairs strategy, scientific exchange, publication planning, medical information, evidence generation, compliance and launch readiness.
• Strong executive presence, communication skills and ability to influence across functions while representing C4T externally with credibility and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Establish medical affairs vision and operating model aligned with corporate strategy and clinical priorities.
• Lead development of product- and indication-specific medical strategies, including publication planning and education activities.
• Advise executive leadership on external medical trends, disease area dynamics and stakeholder insights.
• Partner with Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs and Commercial to integrate medical strategy across programs.
• Build and lead medical affairs capabilities, including medical strategy, external engagement, communications and information.
• Develop medical plans supporting clinical-stage assets, including advisory boards and investigator engagement.
• Ensure medical activities are compliant, scientifically rigorous and prioritized to portfolio needs.
• Translate clinical data into clear medical materials for internal and external audiences.
• Maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, investigators, and patient advocacy groups.
• Lead advisory boards and scientific exchange activities informing development and strategy.
