Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in pharma/biopharma marketing; oncology experience preferred.
• Experience supporting pipeline or pre-launch assets.
• Global marketing and launch leadership across multiple lifecycle stages.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs.

• Develop and execute global brand strategy for Navtemadlin across life cycle.
• Lead global marketing activities, materials, congress activities, and engagement plans.
• Partner with affiliates to adapt global plans to local markets and ensure readiness for launches.
• Establish KPIs and monitor performance; manage budgets and procurement alignment.
