American Leadership Academy is currently accepting applications for full‑time and part‑time Pre‑K Aides for the 2026‑2027 academic school year for our campuses located in the East Valley. Candidates must possess, or be willing to obtain, a valid Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card.

Responsibilities

• Assist the classroom teacher with lesson planning and implementation.
• Reinforce learning concepts and provide additional assistance as needed.

• Help administer tests and assessments; support the teacher in grading assignments and providing feedback.
• Observe and report on student progress, behavior, and engagement.
