Job summary

Building Blocks Learning Center is seeking a dedicated Lead Pre-K Teacher to guide developmentally appropriate instruction for preschoolers in a nurturing setting. You will design lessons that support cognitive, emotional, and social growth while collaborating with fellow educators.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood or Elementary Education and PA Teaching Certification, with at least 2 years of preschool experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education is required.
• PA Teaching Certification is required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience with preschool-aged children.
• Strong knowledge of child development and early learning best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.

• Develop and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with Pennsylvania Early Learning Standards.
• Foster a classroom environment that promotes creativity, exploration, and active learning.
