Qualifications

Our program is Christian-based and Waldorf-inspired, with an emphasis on creating a peaceful, rhythmic childhood experience rooted in Jesus, nature, creativity, and meaningful connection.

The ideal guide will be comfortable leading children through:

• Daily prayer and simple, age-appropriate Christian teachings
• Plenty of outdoor play, exploration, and nature time
• Waldorf-inspired rhythms, songs, stories, and imaginative play
• Handworks and practical arts such as watercolor painting, beeswax, sewing, felting, knitting, seasonal crafts, and bread making
• Gentle routines that encourage kindness, independence, self-control, and care for one another
