Inspired Play Learning Center is a boutique early childhood program rooted in calm, intentional environments where children learn through exploration, independence, and meaningful connection. Our approach blends play-based learning with Montessori-inspired principles, emphasizing hands-on discovery, thoughtfully prepared environments, and respect for the child.

We are seeking a warm, reflective, and organized Preschool Lead Teacher who values child-led learning and believes children thrive when given beauty, structure, freedom within limits, and purposeful work.

Key Responsibilities
Prepared Environment & Child-Led Learning
  • Create and maintain a peaceful, organized classroom with intentionally designed learning areas
  • Guide children through hands-on, inquiry-based experiences rooted in practical life, early literacy, math, science, sensory exploration, and creative expression
