Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking a Lead Teacher to foster learning and growth in a caring preschool environment. You will develop engaging activities, mentor fellow teachers, and ensure high standards of classroom management and curriculum implementation.

You will build strong relationships with families while supporting the center's success and aligning with licensing guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

As a Lead Teacher, you'll:
