The Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Nevada is seeking a Nevada Ready! Pre‑K Teacher to deliver standards-based instruction in our Early Childhood Learning program in Henderson, NV.

You will lead a Pre‑K classroom and ensure high-quality learning experiences aligned with NR!PK requirements. You will collaborate with families, staff, and community partners, oversee assessments and data reporting, and support child outcomes while ensuring licensing compliance and a safe, engaging classroom

Qualifications

Must hold Nevada ECE teaching license.
Neveda Registry Level 5.2+ or higher.
Bachelor's in ECE/ECSE or ARL/35 ECE credits alternatives.
Flexible schedule including occasional evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

Deliver standards-based NR!PK instruction in assigned classroom.
Lead classroom quality, assessment, and family engagement.
Maintain compliance with BGCSNV policies and licensing.
Collaborate with families, staff, and community partners.
Provide coaching to assistants and aides.
