Henderson Christian Academy in Henderson, NV is seeking a passionate Lead Pre-K Teacher to inspire and nurture our youngest learners in a faith-based setting. Qualifications

• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices and early childhood standards.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate Pre-K curriculum and daily lesson plans.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and structured classroom environment aligned with Christian values.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adapting instruction to meet individual learning needs.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student development and classroom activities.
• Supervise and mentor classroom aides and assistant teachers.
• Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and developmental documentation.
• Collaborate with school administration and staff to support school-wide goals and events.
