Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must pass the GACE Paraprofessional Assessment or have an approved alternative (Early Childhood Education certificate or an Associate's Degree accepted).

Responsibilities

• Assist with classroom organization and instruction development.
• Support the Pre-K teacher and students.
• Prepare educational materials for students.
• Work individually with students or in small groups to reinforce learning.
• Participate in lunchroom, recess, hall-monitoring, and bus duties.
• Maintain learning centers and perform related duties as assigned.
