Learning Care Group is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Teacher to support a State Pre-K program for 4-year-olds. You will follow program requirements, observe and plan for each child, and engage families to support early learning.

This role emphasizes caring, creativity, and ongoing training to advance early childhood education, with opportunities for tuition reimbursement and a supportive work environment.

Formación

• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Experience in a licensed childcare center or related field.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and center requirements.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors with children.

Responsabilidades

• Instruct 4-year-olds according to program requirements and needs of each child.
• Observe, assess, and plan for children; communicate with families.
• Follow licensing guidelines, company standards and grant program requirements.
• Implement curriculum and create engaging, interactive learning experiences for children.
