Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring Assistant Teachers to support daily care for children in our classrooms. You will follow licensing guidelines, maintain an engaging, clean, and organized space, and work with families to observe and plan for each child’s development.

You will participate in ongoing training, qualification guidance, and support for a safe, welcoming learning environment with regular hours Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
