Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a GSRP Aide in Michigan to support Lead and Associate Teachers in creating a safe, engaging classroom environment for 4-year-olds preparing for Kindergarten.

You will help with routines, health and safety, and activities, while building positive relationships with children to foster lifelong learners. This is a hands-on, indoor/outdoor role in a state-funded program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (early childhood coursework or experience preferred).
• A passion for helping children learn and grow.
• Dependability, energy, and a collaborative spirit.
• Ability to work indoors/outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Support classroom routines and help with daily activities, meals, and transitions.
• Follow licensing, grant, and center guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all children.
• Assist with classroom setup, organization, and maintaining a clean learning space.
• Build positive relationships with children and help implement fun, age-appropriate activities.
