Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a GSRP Aide in Michigan to support Lead and Associate Teachers, helping create a safe, engaging and nurturing classroom for 4-year-olds preparing for Kindergarten.

You will assist with routines, activities, and maintaining a healthy learning space, while benefiting from flexible schedules, a strong benefits package, and opportunities such as tuition reimbursement and credential assistance.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED (early childhood coursework or experience preferred).
• A passion for helping children learn and grow.
• Dependability, energy, and a collaborative spirit.
• Ability to work indoors/outdoors and engage with children.

Responsibilities

• Support classroom routines and help with daily activities, meals, and transitions.
• Follow licensing, grant, and center guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all children.
• Assist with classroom setup, organization, and maintaining a clean learning space.
• Build positive relationships with children and help implement fun, age-appropriate activities.
