Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a GSRP Aide in Michigan to support Lead and Associate Teachers in preparing four-year-olds for Kindergarten. You will help maintain a safe, engaging classroom and participate in daily routines with children.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma or GED, a passion for early childhood education, dependability, energy, and the ability to work indoors and outdoors with children. Training and credentialing support are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; early childhood coursework or experience preferred.
• Passion for helping children learn and grow.
• Dependability, energy and a collaborative spirit.
• Ability to work indoors/outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Support classroom routines and help with daily activities, meals and transitions.
• Follow licensing, grant and center guidelines to ensure health and safety of all children.
• Assist with classroom setup, organization, and maintaining a clean learning space.
• Build positive relationships with children and help implement age-appropriate activities.
