Job summary

Learning Care Group in Michigan’s Grand Rapids area is seeking a GSRP Aide to support Lead and Associate Teachers in preparing 4-year-olds for Kindergarten within a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom.

You bring a high school diploma or GED (early childhood coursework or experience preferred), a passion for helping children learn, dependable energy, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to work indoors or outdoors with kids.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support classroom routines and help with daily activities, meals, and transitions.

• Assist with classroom setup, organization, and maintaining a clean learning space.
• Build positive relationships with children and help implement fun, age-appropriate activities.
