Job summary

Learning Care Group in Michigan is seeking a GSRP Aide to support Lead and Associate Teachers in preparing children for Kindergarten and beyond, creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment.

You will help with daily activities, follow licensing guidelines, assist with setup and maintain a clean space, and build positive relationships with children through age-appropriate activities.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED (early childhood coursework or experience preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support classroom routines and help with daily activities, meals, and transitions.
