Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a Pre-K Childcare Site Director for our Before and After School Programs at our Quinton Township Elementary School location for the 2026–2027 school year.

This part-time, non-exempt position follows the school calendar with morning, afternoon, or both programs (6:45–8:30 am; 2:45–5:45 pm). A Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years with children plus 1 year of supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience working with children in a school, childcare, camp, or youth program setting.
• 1 year of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Calm, flexible, and resourceful in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to pass required background and fingerprint clearances.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the before- and after-school program at Quinton Township Elementary School.
• Ensure program quality, safety, and compliance with licensing and school policy.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and family communications.
• Support student growth, behavior management, and a positive learning environment.
