Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a Pre-K Childcare Site Director for our Before and After School Programs at Quinton Township Elementary School for the 2026–2027 school year. This part-time, non-exempt role offers employer-paid childcare and operates morning and/or afternoon programs aligned with the school day.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's degree, 1–3 years of child-care experience, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience working with children in a school, childcare, camp, or youth program setting
• 1 year of managerial or supervisory experience
• Familiarity with before- and after-school program environments a plus
• Knowledge of state childcare licensing or school-age care regulations helpful but not required
• Calm, flexible, and resourceful in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to pass required background and fingerprint clearances.

PAY: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

SCHEDULE: Follows the school calendar

Morning Program: 6:45 - 8:30 am

Afternoon Program: 2:45 - 5:45 pm

• Program Quality: Kids are engaged, safe, and having fun every day; the program reflects Healthy Kids Program’s model and families consistently choose to re-enroll
• Staffing: The site is fully staffed every day; teachers are prepared, supported, and showing up for the kids
• Compliance: The site operates in ratio at all times; records are accurate and current; the program is ready for inspection on any given day
• Inventory: The site is well-stocked with the supplies and materials teachers need; nothing runs out mid-week; restocking happens before it becomes a problem

Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
