Healthy Kids Programs is hiring a Pre‑K Site Director for our Before and After School Program within the Arlington Central School District for the 2026–2027 school year. This part‑time, non‑exempt role follows the school calendar with morning and/or afternoon shifts.

Pay is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, and employer‑paid childcare is offered. Responsibilities include ensuring state regulations, supervising staff, and leading activities across fitness, STEAM, academics, arts, and homework support,

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 12 credits in early childhood education or related field, plus 1 year of full‑time teaching and 1 year of staff supervision.
• Associate’s degree in ECE or related field with plan toward Bachelor’s or NYS credential, plus 2 years of teaching and 2 years of supervision.
• New York State Children’s Program Administrator Credential with 1 year of teaching and 1 year of supervision.
• CDA or equivalent credential with plan toward Bachelor's or NY State credential, plus 2 years of teaching and 2 years of supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure staff and program operations meet state regulations and host school requirements.
• Plan and lead engaging, hands‑on activities aligned with the Healthy Kids Curriculum.
• Oversee daily tasks like attendance, registration, scheduling, and staffing levels.
• Maintain clear communication with parents/caregivers via Playground App.
• Collaborate with team to ensure high‑quality care and positive morale.
