Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically more than six years of applicable experience.
• Experience performing or managing UAT, pre-production testing, post-production validation, or control testing.
• Strong analytical, facilitation and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads a small team and oversees risk-based pre-implementation testing and validation for AML/KYC changes.
• Engages in requirements development and pre-implementation testing to mitigate risk.
• Designs and implements a framework to assess customer harm risk in pre-production.
• Validates changes impacting KYC systems and conducts regression testing.
• Reviews requirements, maps data, validates test plans and leads testing.
• Aims to automate processes to increase capacity and efficiency.
• Partners with leaders, RCA professionals, and lines of defense to maintain risk frameworks.
• Identifies gaps and escalates risks; ensures compliance with laws and regulations.
