Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

• Experience with UAT, pre-production testing, post-production validation, or control testing.
• Experience with key bank systems such as KYC system of record (WebKYC/Omni), Hogan, Fusion, Common Trans, BEE, Apply, iLOS, NetO, and ACAPS.
• Strong analytical, process facilitation, and project management skills.
• Effective communication skills and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead risk-based testing and validation activities for pre-implementation.
• Test and validate new products, system enhancements, and process changes for functionality and compliance.
• Mitigate risk from requirements development through pre-implementation testing.
• Design framework to assess customer-harm risk in pre-production.
• Validate changes affecting KYC onboarding and KYC systems including regression testing.
• Review requirements and data mappings, validate test plans and test cases, perform hands-on testing.
• Automate processes to improve capacity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders across lines of business and risk/ compliance teams.

Job description

• Lead a small team executing risk-based pre-implementation testing and validation activities
• Test and validate new products, system enhancements, and process changes for intended functionality and compliance
• Engage in business initiatives from requirements development through pre-implementation testing to mitigate risk
• Design and implement a framework assessing customer-harm risk in pre-production
• Validate and test changes affecting KYC onboarding and KYC systems, including standard regression testing
• Review business and technical requirements, understand data mapping and system flows, validate test plans and test cases, and perform or lead hands-on testing
• Automate processes to create capacity and improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Partner with leaders, peers, Lines of Business, Risk/Compliance/Audit professionals, and RCA Managers on risk assessment frameworks
• Participate in projects ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
• Identify gaps and inform solutions minimizing losses from inadequate processes, systems, or human errors
• Identify, respond to, and elevate risks as appropriate
• Serve as a functional liaison among onshore and offshore teams, leadership, and Lines of Defense

Requirements

• Skills using automation tools such as Copilot Studio Agent and Power Apps
• Experience performing or managing UAT, pre-production testing, post-production validation, or control testing
• Experience with key bank systems such as KYC system of record (WebKYC/Omni), Hogan, Fusion, Common Trans, BEE, Apply, iLOS, NetO, and ACAPS
• Proven people leader
• Considerable knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends
• Considerable understanding of business line operations, products/services, systems, and associated risks/controls
• Thorough knowledge of Risk/Compliance/Audit competencies
• Strong analytical, process facilitation, and project management skills
• Effective presentation, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
