Job summary

Metcalf Builders Inc. is seeking a Pre Construction Project Manager to join our Reno, Nevada team. The role leads preconstruction through GMP and a smooth transition to operations.

You will partner with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners to align scope, refine budgets, evaluate design feasibility, and deliver well-planned projects with emphasis on constructability and value engineering.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in preconstruction, estimating, or PM in commercial construction.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specs.
• Experience with budgeting during design and value engineering.
• Proficient with Bluebeam, MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction activities from concept budgeting to GMP.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
• Develop conceptual budgets and design-phase estimates.
• Coordinate bid packages and subcontractor procurement.
• Ensure smooth transition to operations and buyout.
