Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field or equivalent.
• 10+ years of commercial construction experience in preconstruction, estimating, or PM.
• Proven leadership of estimating and preconstruction teams.
• Strong knowledge of cost decisions during design and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction strategy for large, complex commercial projects.
• Direct budgeting and estimating from conceptual through GMP.
• Facilitate value engineering, scope alignment, and cost risk mitigation.
• Own cost certainty, risk management, and constructability through award and handoff.
• Mentor Estimators and preconstruction staff; ensure quality control.
• Improve preconstruction tools, standards, and processes.
• Lead trade partner strategy and procurement planning.
• Coordinate constructability and logistics with operations.
• Develop risk logs, contingency plans, and market impact analyses.
• Partner with BD and leadership on pursuit strategy and client engagement.
