Job summary

You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while building a culture of safety and accountability. This role partners with executive leadership, preconstruction, field operations, safety, and accounting to drive operational excellence, forecast accuracy, and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive commercial construction experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior operations, project executive, or construction leadership role.
• Proven experience overseeing multiple commercial construction projects and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight of all active construction projects.
• Lead portfolio profitability, forecasting accuracy, and KPI development.
• Ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery across projects.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, preconstruction, field operations, safety, and accounting.
• Develop future construction leaders and manage workforce development.
• Protect company interests through contract administration and change management.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow, and change orders.
• Drive client satisfaction and development opportunities.
