Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with construction documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate construction document assembly and assist with project scheduling.
• Maintain quality control processes and ensure timely distribution of information.
• Serve as coordination point between estimating, procurement, operations, and design teams.
• Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
