Job summary

The Morgan Group is seeking a qualified Construction Project Manager to oversee preconstruction through construction, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met across multiple properties. The role emphasizes proactive planning, coordination with PMs and APMs, and strong leadership to drive project success.

The position requires significant experience in construction management, mastery of CPM scheduling, and proficiency with Procore, Textura, and Primavera.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in construction management.
• Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
• Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
• Familiarity with construction management applications (Procore, Textura, Primavera, Word, Excel).
• BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
• OSHA 30HR safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Reviews overall construction plan and update as required.
• Create the project CPM schedule to be put into P6 format by 3rd party consultant.
• Create an organized and thoughtful site plan setup and layout as well as prepare schedule and phasing plan.
• Mentor project team members for current success and future growth.
• Travel will be required for projects out of the city limits.
