Job summary

Washington University in St. Louis is seeking a Marketing & Events Coordinator for Pre-College Opportunities. The role develops communications across emails, print, web, and social media, and coordinates programming with the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.

The coordinator partners with a Marketing Communications Strategist and the Visit Experience team to manage events, budgets, and logistics for pre-college students and ensure engagement tracking in the CRM system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
• 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or related fields.
• Experience designing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic marketing and communications to recruit students to pre-college programs and manage timelines and copy.
• Collaborate with units to design day-long to multi-week programming and coordinate logistics and travel.
• Track expenses, create purchase orders, forecast spending, and manage event materials and inventory.
• Support data tracking in the CRM and coordinate internal/external partnerships and vendors.
