Job summary

Washington University in St. Louis is seeking a Marketing & Events Coordinator for Pre-College Opportunities to develop communications and programming supporting college-prep initiatives within Undergraduate Admissions.

The role collaborates with a Marketing Communications Strategist and the Director of Visit Experience to create content across emails, print, website, social media, and event materials, while coordinating logistics, budgets, and program delivery for pre-college students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
• Relevant Experience (2 Years) is required.
• No specific certification/professional license is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic marketing and communications to recruit students to pre-college opportunities and support their journeys within the programs.
• Coordinate logistics, catering, rooms, travel, and budget for day-long to multi-week programming.
• Track expenses and manage purchase orders, inventory, and budgets for the unit.
