Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Information Security Risk Management (ISRM) Acquisitions & Divestitures to lead cybersecurity due diligence for mergers, divestitures, licensing deals and strategic partnerships. The role reports to the Director, ISRM A&D Cybersecurity, Pre-Close and acts as hands-on deal lead.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of cybersecurity, risk management, or related experience.
• Experience leading or supporting cybersecurity due diligence for M&A, divestitures, licensing, or partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of security architectures, IAM, cloud/security, data protection, and incident response.
• Ability to translate technical findings into business risk narratives and remediation priorities.
• Experience in regulated healthcare/pharma environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deal Lead for Pre-Close Cybersecurity Due Diligence; coordinate activities and document findings.
• Perform technical risk assessment across security domains; identify gaps and remediation needs.
• Lead evidence review, prepare management materials, and engage external advisors.
• Provide risk-informed recommendations for approvals, protections, and Day 1 priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure governance and smooth post-close handoff.
