Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Information Security Risk Management (ISRM) Acquisitions & Divestitures to lead cybersecurity due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships. You will assess risk across security domains and translate findings into actionable recommendations before deal close.

You will collaborate with Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy, Finance, and Transaction teams, guiding Day 1 security priorities and ensuring post-close

Qualifikationen

• : Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related discipline.
• : Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred.
• : 8+ years of cybersecurity, information risk management, technology delivery, security architecture, M&A transaction support, due diligence, integration/separation.

Aufgaben

• Lead pre-close cybersecurity due diligence as the primary ISRM A&D lead, coordinate diligence activities and document findings for deal teams.
• Evaluate target environments across security domains to identify material risks, control gaps, remediation needs, and integration/separation implications.
• Lead evidence review, questionnaire review, and documentation to produce clear risk conclusions for transactions.
• Translate technical findings into business-focused recommendations for risk acceptance, protections, and Day 1 priorities.
• Coordinate with Corporate Development, Legal, Privacy, Finance, Technology Services, and deal teams to align expectations and escalate material risks.
• Translate diligence findings into Day 1 objectives, TSA considerations, risk register entries, and handoff materials for post-close integration or separation.
• Contribute to playbooks, templates, risk taxonomies, scoring methods, and dashboards to improve diligence consistency and speed.
• Provide guidance to managers and cross-functional contributors, promoting accountability and knowledge sharing.
