Job summary

R+L Carriers is seeking a part-time Pre-Clerk in Piedmont, SC. The role involves answering calls on a multi-line system, data entry, processing driver paperwork, and assisting dispatchers. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Starting pay is $17.66 per hour with benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid vacation and holidays, and employee resort lodging at select locations.

Qualifications

• Ability to multitask and have a sense of urgency.
• Type at least 30 WPM with accuracy.
• Dependable and well-organized.
• Must be computer literate.
• Possess strong office, telephone, and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Outlook and other Microsoft products.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls on a multi-line system and redirect to appropriate contacts.
• Data entry and processing driver paperwork.
• Assist dispatchers with tasks as requested by management.

R+L Carriers has an immediate opening for a part-time Pre-Clerk to work in our Piedmont, SC Service Center. Responsibilities will include answering calls on a multi-line system, redirecting calls to appropriate contacts, data entry, processing driver paperwork, and assisting dispatchers. Other duties may apply as requested by management.
