Job summary

HUMBLE VASCULAR SURGICAL CENTER INC in Lombard, IL is seeking an experienced Pre-Admissions Testing Registered Nurse for a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–4:30 PM). You will contact patients, review health histories, assess anesthesia risk, and coordinate necessary preoperative testing and clearances.

Requirements include RN license, CPR, and BLS, with at least one year in pre-, intra-, or post-operative surgical care. Competitive benefits are provided.

• Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing; current state RN License.
• CPR required.

Experienced PAT RN needed for a high volume, multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center. This position is for full time, Monday-Friday 8-4:30.

Salary Range: $41.00 - $53.00 per hour, based on skill and experience level.

JOB TITLE: Pre- Admissions Testing Nurse (Full-Time)

General Summary Of Duties

Pre-Admission Testing Registered Nurse is responsible for contacting incoming patients to obtain and review health history. Analyze and assess clinical data related to the patient’s anesthesia risk and appropriateness of ASC site of service. Orders additional testing needed prior to surgery when necessary. Conducts pre-admission assessments. Obtain clearances and testing for procedures.

Requirements
