Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current, unrestricted Oregon and Washington RN licenses.
• BLS, ACLS certification required; PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive pre-operative assessments via telephone and in-person consultations.
• Coordinate pre-operative testing, clearances, and referrals based on risk factors.
• Educate patients on pre-operative preparation, nutrition, medications, and arrival procedures.
• Document assessments and risk evaluations accurately in Epic; manage pre-admission communications.
