Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments based on resource availability to minimize service delays.
• Coordinate scheduling for related services and procedures.
• Answer and triage incoming calls; communicate scheduling changes promptly.
• Enter orders accurately into the clinical system and verify patient information.
• Identify patient in Master Patient Index and assign correct Medical Record and Account Number.
• Act as liaison among departments, staff, and patients to ensure scheduling efficiency and patient flow.
