Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) at Intermountain Medical Center in Murray, Utah. You will perform comprehensive preoperative assessments, plan and coordinate tests, and educate patients to support safe surgical outcomes.

The role offers four 9-hour shifts, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m., with no call required and a strong emphasis on teamwork. Qualified candidates hold an active RN license, a BSN from an accredited program, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice; compact licenses must transfer within 60 days.
• BSN required; degree from an accredited institution; BSN updates per company policy.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• RNs with <12 months of experience must obtain BSN within four years of hire.
• Physical requirements as described and capable of lifting and moving patients.

Responsabilités

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status and information from the team.
• Plan and develop an individualized care plan with patient and family involvement.
• Direct the interdisciplinary care team, coordinate resources, and delegate as needed.
• Implement care per plan, document accurately, and maintain licensure compliance.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise plans; contribute to professional development.
