Job summary

Gilead Sciences Inc. in Foster City, CA, is seeking a Manager, Promotional Review Committee (PRC) who will lead end-to-end promotional material review and lifecycle management, coordinating between business owners, agencies, and reviewers.

The role requires strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and expertise in PRC processes; familiarity with Veeva Vault PromoMats is preferred. You will drive governance, planning, and continuous improvement to ensure compliant, launch-ready

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and Seven Years’ Experience OR Masters' Degree and Five Years’ Experience
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Extensive experience with content management systems (Veeva Vault PromoMats preferred)
• Must possess strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to influence people without direct authority
• Extensive understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards applicable to Promotional Review

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end promotional review lifecycle for assigned brands.
• Facilitate PRC meetings and drive efficient, compliant reviews.
• Create and distribute agendas and supporting materials; document key decisions.
• Manage expedited reviews and complex review scenarios.
• Partner with Business Owners, Regulatory, Legal, Medical, and agency stakeholders.
• Drive planning and capacity management to support launches.
