Job summary

PreBorn! in Indianapolis is seeking a Prayer Operations & Communications Coordinator to manage the Prayer House’s daily and weekly schedule, prayer requests, and ministry communications. You will steward testimonies and ensure confidentiality while coordinating intercessors and volunteers.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, spiritually mature, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a deep commitment to prayer and our mission. Onsite presence is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of administrative, ministry coordination, operations, communications, project coordination, or comparable experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Experience in church/ministry, nonprofit, or faith-based work is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily and weekly operating schedule for the Prayer House and maintain calendars.
• Administer prayer-request intake, routing, categorization, and confidentiality.
• Prepare prayer briefs, calendars, and ministry updates for internal communication.
• Onboard and coordinate volunteers and intercessors; provide logistical support for events.
• Support the Director of Prayer House with meeting agendas, notes, and reports.
• Ensure alignment with PreBorn!’s values and confidentiality standards.
