Key Autism Services has an entire department dedicated to guiding students through their required fieldwork hours while working as behavior therapists or registered behavior technician (RBT). Behavior therapists and registered behavior technicians employed at Key for 30 days are eligible to be enrolled in the BACB Supervision Department and accrue all required fieldwork hours at NO COST to employees. With guidance from an assigned Responsible Supervisor, students access a full curriculum created to teach all aspects of the current BACB task list, supervisor-led group supervisions offered multiple times per week, and individualized unrestricted hours assignments available for the duration of enrollment in the program.
Key also offers various study-prep packages for students nearing the end of their fieldwork hours and opportunities for paid unrestricted hours as well. Job Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the BCBA, the Behavior Therapist will:
Implement behavior support plans and provide one-on-one ABA therapy
Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during therapy sessions.
Conduct discrete trials, and implement behavior support and treatment plans

Job Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
Active RBT certification is a plus
Ability to lift 30 pounds and engage in active play with children
Dependability, consistency, positive attitude and reliability to ensure the child's success.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
