Job description

Meaningful Milestones, Applied Behavior Analysis, LLC is an agency that provides comprehensive learning experiences rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Verbal Behavior Analysis (VBA) to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We are currently in search of both entry-level and experienced Behavior Technicians to assist in addressing the needs of children diagnosed with ASD. We provide behavior technicians with learning opportunities to understand and apply instructional methods based on behavioral principles.

Furthermore, our technicians will have the chance to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). To achieve this designation, our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) will collaborate closely with them, offering consistent and high-quality supervision. Additionally, individuals aspiring to attain BCBA certification can benefit from available supervision and practicum hours.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Possess a minimum of an Associate Degree in early childhood, psychology, special education, or related field.
  • Experience in working with children with and without Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or related disabilities.
Job Duties:
  • Implement ABA therapy methodologies while being supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Deliver individualized therapy sessions to children, adhering to customized treatment plans designed to meet their specific requirements.
  • Instruct and encourage suitable social, communication, and behavioral skills within a supportive and organized setting.
  • Create a positive and interactive therapeutic rapport with clients, emphasizing their independence and overall well-being.
  • Conduct assessments, collect data, and monitor progress to ensure the effectiveness of treatment outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the BCBA and team members from various disciplines to assess progress, address concerns, and adjust treatment plans when needed.
  • Communicate efficiently with parents/caregivers, offering updates on therapy objectives, advancements, and strategies for applying acquired skills to the home environment.
  • Maintain precise and comprehensive documentation of therapy sessions, encompassing progress notes and data collection.
  • Participate in continuous training and professional development initiatives to augment your expertise and proficiency in ABA therapy.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
  • Commensurate with experience ($22 - $30).

  • English and Korean (Preferred, but not required)

  • 03:00 pm ~ 08:00 pm Mon-Fri / 2pm - 8pm Sat-Sun (Subject to change based on clients' availabilities)
