You will lead data analyses, develop training programs, and collaborate with clinical and operations teams to align objectives with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate work experience in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify improvement opportunities.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs or educational initiatives.
• Proficiency in data management and analysis tools such as Excel or data visualization software.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and healthcare information technology.

Responsibilities

• Provider Engagement: Establish and maintain engagement with large provider groups (membership 1,000+).
• Performance Analysis: Analyze provider performance metrics and clinical operations for readiness and risk; develop data-driven improvement strategies.
• Provider Education and Practice Transformation: Design and deliver training programs for primary care and specialty providers.
• Performance Improvement Initiatives: Lead improvement plans and monitor progress with practice partners.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct audits and provide feedback for improvements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Align objectives with clinical and operational leadership across teams.
• Data Management and Reporting: Collect, analyze and present provider performance data to senior leadership.
• Industry Knowledge and Research: Stay abreast of regulatory changes and support population health initiatives.
