Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement or provider relations.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, clinical operations, and performance metrics.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data interpretation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence executives and teams.
Experience designing and delivering training or educational initiatives.
Proficiency with data management tools and office software.
Familiarity with EHR systems and healthcare IT.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Engage large provider groups to support performance improvement.
Analyze provider performance metrics and clinical operations for readiness and risk.
Collaborate on training programs for primary care and specialty providers.
Lead and monitor performance improvement initiatives with partners.
Conduct audits and provide improvement recommendations.
Coordinate with internal teams to align objectives and provide support.
Collect, analyze, and report data; prepare dashboards for leadership.
Stay informed on industry trends and support health equity initiatives.
