What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Partner with IT and operations teams to identify workflow and process improvement opportunities
• Collaborate across the Practice Tech Solutions & Learning team to deliver scalable technology solutions
• Develop and execute communication and adoption plans for technology rollouts
• Create user-friendly resources such as FAQs, guides, and learning materials
• Coordinate and deliver live or virtual enablement sessions for attorneys and legal support staff

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Three to five years' experience in training, enablement, or legal/operational support
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Lists, Power Automate)
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams
• Positive, solution-oriented mindset with strong follow-through

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience in a legal environment or with legal technology solutions
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and their application in workflow processes
• Background in change management or user adoption strategies
