Qualifications

• High School diploma / GED required.
• 2 Years Ambulatory/Physician Practice experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervises orientation and ongoing staff education, ensuring clear communication of roles and standards.
• Coaches and evaluates staff performance; contributes to appraisals and feedback.
• Facilitates meetings and trainings to support team-based care with physicians and colleagues.
• Oversees daily practice operations, including staff scheduling and workflow coordination.
• Monitors attendance, professionalism, and adherence to standards; addresses performance issues.
• Leads staff training and development; supports EMR super-user responsibilities.
• Coordinates efficient patient flow, rooming, discharge, and interdisciplinary communication.
• Contributes to policy development and family-centered care initiatives.
• Attends meetings, in-services, and completes ongoing education and competency training.
• Participates in department performance improvement.

Education
