Intermountain Health St George Regional Hospital is seeking a Practice Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of the department and ensure optimal caregiver performance. You will manage scheduling, budgets, and staffing while delivering coaching and development opportunities to the team.

You will lead orientation, design training programs, participate in recruitment, and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain high-quality, patient-centered care.

Job Description:The Practice Supervisor works in conjunction with practice management to supervise the day-to-day functions of the department(s) or clinic(s).
