Intermountain Health’s Red Lodge Clinic is seeking a Practice Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations for 5 to 30 caregivers. You will develop scheduling, manage budgets, coach staff, and drive training and orientation for new hires.

Job description

Job Description: The Practice Supervisor works in conjunction with practice management to supervise the day-to-day functions of the department(s) or clinic(s). This position typically supervises 5 to 30 Caregivers.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous leadership experience preferably in an ambulatory outpatient clinic environment.
  • Experience developing relationships with physicians.
  • Proven dynamic leader that can gain trust and respect of physicians, staff, and peers.
Physical Requirements

Ongoing need for employees to see and read information, documents, monitors, identify equipment and supplies, able to assess customer needs. Frequent interactions with providers, colleagues, customers, patients, and visitors that require employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoke information, needs and issues quickly and accurately. Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate equipment with precision and accuracy. This includes frequent computer use for typing, accessing needed information, etc.

Red Lodge Clinic – Family Medicine Work City: Red Lodge Work State: Montana Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. $25.39 - $40.00
