The supervisor will optimize staff performance, oversee scheduling, training, and day-to-day office operations while resolving patient issues and ensuring accurate cash handling and charge entry processes.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience: 5 years of experience in a physician office with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Optimize staff performance in the office.
• Schedule staff and assign work.
• Train and coach staff.
• Oversee daily operations of the office including cash reconciliation, charge entry, and checks and balances.
• Resolve patient issues as needed.
