The Physician Practice Supervisor will manage administrative and operational functions for assigned practice(s) and lead the team to high performance.

The role emphasizes staffing optimization, training, scheduling, cash reconciliation, and resolving patient issues to ensure seamless daily operations.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in a physician office with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Optimize staff performance in the office.
• Schedule staff and assign work.
• Provide training and coaching to staff.
• Oversee daily office operations including cash reconciliation, charge entry, and checks and balances.
